Nathan King

Partner, Personal Injury Attorney

personal injury Attorney

Nathan King’s connection to personal injury law began long before he became an attorney. At just 20 years old, while attending college, Nathan was involved in a devastating collision with a semi-truck that nearly took his life. He was completely ejected from his vehicle and suffered serious injuries that would change the course of his life.

Following the accident, Nathan was hospitalized and faced a long and difficult recovery. For months, he progressed from a wheelchair to a walker and eventually to crutches before he was able to walk independently again. His injuries forced him to withdraw from college classes, step away from athletics, and leave his job. His physical recovery would take years.

At the same time, Nathan found himself navigating a personal injury claim that stretched over several years. Through that experience, he gained firsthand insight into the physical, emotional, and financial challenges injury victims and their families face. Just as importantly, he experienced the difference that a dedicated attorney can make during one of the most difficult periods of someone’s life.

The attorney who represented Nathan became a significant positive influence in his life and ultimately helped inspire his decision to pursue a legal career. What began as an unexpected and life-changing accident eventually shaped Nathan’s professional path and his commitment to helping others facing similar circumstances.

Nathan went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. His legal and professional background includes private practice, corporate law, business transactions, and business ownership, providing him with a broad perspective on legal advocacy, leadership, and client service.

Today, Nathan serves as Managing Partner of Gallagher & Hagopian, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and continued growth. His focus is on building a law firm that combines experienced legal representation with responsive communication, personalized attention, and a commitment to achieving meaningful results for injured clients.

Having experienced the uncertainty of a serious injury and the challenges of a lengthy recovery himself, Nathan understands how important it is for clients to have capable, committed advocates they can trust. That perspective continues to shape his approach to leadership and the standards he expects Gallagher & Hagopian to deliver for every client.
