Collision between school bus and SUV on Lockwood Ridge Rd.

SARASOTA, Fl.- According to the Sarasota County Schools Safety and Security Department, an incident took place in Sarasota where a school bus and an SUV collided. Fortunately, at the time of the accident, there were no students present on the bus.

The incident occurred Wednesday afternoon, at the intersection of Lockwood Ridge Road and Martin Luther King Way.

The school authorities haven’t provided specifics regarding what led to the accident but have confirmed that no students were aboard the bus at the time, and the bus driver remained unharmed.
