Motorcycle Collision on US 41 Results in At Least One Casualty

SARASOTA, Fl. – A motorcycle collision occurred on U.S. 41 at Couver Drive just prior to 9 p.m. on Thursday evening, resulting in at least one reported injury, the Florida Highway Patrol has confirmed.

Following the accident, all northbound lanes of U.S. 41 were temporarily closed to facilitate immediate response and investigation. However, normal traffic flow has been restored as the lanes have since reopened.

Currently, the incident is under active investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.
